What happens after I send a request?

What photos should I take?
Two or three is plenty: one wide shot so we see the whole area, and a close-up of the problem itself. For installations, a photo of the space where the equipment will go helps a lot.
What if I can't take photos?
Photos are optional. Describe the job as best you can and we'll take it from there — worst case, we'll ask a couple of follow-up questions.
Is my information shared with anyone?
